There are 14 separate cases, each of which is a complete game in itself. Verdict II can be played in a variety of ways: 1: 2 player game-a Prosecutor and Defence Counsellor; the Die "judging" border-line evidence not resolved by the Solution Wheel. 2: 3 player game-Prosecutor, Defender, and Judge. The Judge takes the place of the Die and has one minute to determine the admissibility of border line evidence. 3: 4 player game-Prosecutor, Defender, and two Judges. Both Judges must agree on the admissibility of border line evidence. 4: 5 player game-Prosecutor, Defender, and three judges. A 2 to 1 majority rules on the judging of the border lin statements. 5: 6-13 players-These additional players may act as witnesses; choosing the statements and reading them as they think they should be read in a simulated trial.
