SURFSIDE 6! BOARD GAME 1960s LOWELL! (Please Read)

Only missing 2 pencils from what I gathered. there are 12 cards of each of the small ones and 6 body cards. I'm not a game board expert but please see pictures before purchase. The box cover is rough. The pieces definitely show wear and tear. (Not A Mint Set!)
