I believe both items came from the "THE 7th CONTINENT – What Goes Up, Must Come Down" Kickstarter campaign. Corrected Cards in the "Second Edition" Upgrade Pack are still sealed in their plastic. The dividers are good condition with some light wear including a couple white spots on the back of one. Cartographer's Notebook is clean and and good condition overall, but does have some general wear especially on the bottom left corner. "Second Edition" Upgrade Pack"This upgrade pack corrects some of the cards from the first edition of The 7th Continent and includes 4 new dividers to be added to your base game. For each card, take the card bearing the same unique ID number from the original edition and remove it from your game box, replacing it with the new one. Note: unique ID number, made of one letter and four digits, can be found on the front of Action and Exploration cards and on the back of Adventure cards"
